By car from the A14
Exit at Cattolica (San Giovanni – Gabicce Mare), then follow signs for Misano Adriatico and the circuit. About 10-15 minutes from the toll in normal conditions.

Parcheggio Custodito Maia is at Viale Daijiro Kato, 4 — 100 metres on foot from the main entrance. Arrive, park and you're in. Book via WhatsApp.
Directions to us
After the Cattolica exit, follow Misano Adriatico signs. At the first roundabout go straight, at the second (circuit entrance) go straight instead of turning — the villa is immediately on the right, iron gate, number 4.

Nearest station: Riccione, Bologna-Ancona line. Taxi approx. 10 min, or shuttles during major events.
